Canada Nursing Hub uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power features such as Nura AI coaching, study plan generation, resume drafting, and interview practice. This disclaimer explains the limitations of AI-generated content.

1. AI-Generated Content May Contain Errors

AI models can produce responses that are inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You must always verify AI-generated information against authoritative sources before relying on it.
AI-generated study plans, rationales, and explanations should be cross-referenced with your textbooks, instructors, and official exam prep materials.

2. Not Professional Advice

AI-generated responses are educational in nature and do not constitute professional medical, legal, career, or financial advice.
For decisions affecting your health, licensing, or career, consult a qualified professional.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Use of AI features does not guarantee you will pass the NCLEX, REx-PN, or any other examination.
AI study recommendations are supplemental to, not a replacement for, a comprehensive exam preparation strategy.

4. Responsible Use

You agree to use AI features lawfully and ethically, and not to rely solely on AI outputs for high-stakes decisions.
Do not input confidential personal health information, third-party personal data, or protected health information into AI tools.

5. Bias & Limitations

AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. Outputs may vary in quality depending on the question and context.
We continuously work to improve our AI features, but cannot guarantee that outputs will always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs.

6. Human Coaching Distinction

AI coaching (Nura AI) is distinct from human 1:1 coaching sessions. Human coaching is delivered by a qualified coach and carries separate terms as outlined in our Coaching Terms.
