Welcome to Canada Nursing Hub. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using Canada Nursing Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

  • Canada Nursing Hub is an online platform that provides study tools, practice questions, licensing roadmaps, career resources, and AI-assisted coaching for nursing students and professionals in Canada.
  • Our services include NCLEX practice questions, mock exams, study plans, licensing guides, resume and cover letter tools, interview preparation, and AI coaching features.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Some features require a Pro subscription, billed annually through Stripe and renewing automatically each year until cancelled.
  • For existing subscribers on legacy plans (including monthly billing), your current billing terms remain unchanged.
  • We also offer one-time 90-Day Exam Passes for the RN (NCLEX-RN), RPN/REx-PN, and PSW exam tracks.
  • Exam Passes are one-time purchases: they do not auto-renew and expire 90 days after successful payment.
  • Cancelling an annual subscription prevents its next renewal; your access continues through the end of your paid term.
  • Coaching purchases are governed by these Terms and, additionally, by our Coaching Terms.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at canadanursinghub@gmail.com for refund requests.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to: share your account with others, misuse or reverse-engineer the platform, use automated tools to scrape content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Content generated by our AI tools (study plans, coaching responses, resume drafts) is for educational purposes and should not replace professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, including practice questions, roadmaps, and design, is owned by Canada Nursing Hub and protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or republish platform content without written permission.

7. Educational Disclaimer

  • Canada Nursing Hub is a study aid and does not guarantee you will pass the NCLEX or any licensing exam.
  • Information regarding licensing requirements is provided for guidance only and may change. Always verify with the official nursing regulatory body in your province.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors. Always cross-reference with authoritative sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Canada Nursing Hub is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account or subscription at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
