Coaching Terms | CANADA NURSING HUB

These Coaching Terms govern all 1:1 human coaching sessions, nursing school consultations, mentorship consultations, and group coaching booked through Canada Nursing Hub, whether delivered virtually or in person. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Coaching sessions are booked and paid for through our platform via Stripe. Your session is confirmed only after successful payment.
Prices vary by service type (coaching packages, nursing school consultations) and are displayed at the time of booking.
A calendar invitation is sent to your email upon confirmation; for video sessions, a meeting link is provided at least 24 hours before the session.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session by contacting us at canadanursinghub@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
If Canada Nursing Hub needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at canadanursinghub@gmail.com with your booking details.
Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

4. Session Conduct

You agree to arrive on time, come prepared, and engage respectfully with your coach.
Harassment, abusive behavior, or any conduct that disrupts the session may result in termination of the session without refund.

5. Educational Purpose Only

Coaching sessions are educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
Coaches may share guidance on study strategies, exam preparation, licensing pathways, and career development; outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Recording & Privacy

Sessions are not recorded by default unless explicitly agreed by both parties in writing.
Any personal information you share during a session is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Lifetime Founder Access

Founding Lifetime Access members may be entitled to select coaching benefits as described at the time of purchase. Availability of specific coaches or time slots is not guaranteed.
Founder benefits are subject to the terms presented on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
